The sound machine that bought us an extra hour
We tested a white-noise machine through three teething weeks and one very loud neighbor. Here's the honest verdict.

We tried it for three weeks, through teething and a neighbor with a new drum kit. Short version: it works, the light is too bright, and the app is fine to ignore.
What we liked
The brown-noise setting is the real reason to buy it. It's low, warm, and covers a surprising amount of hallway noise.
What we didn't
The night-light can't go dim enough for a newborn room, and the timer resets if you unplug it.
Who it's for
Light sleepers, thin walls, and anyone whose toddler wakes at the sound of a dishwasher.
